About Alta Roosevelt Apartments

Chicago’s ever-evolving South Loop neighborhood is home to some of the city’s coolest apartments. One of my top stand-outs is Alta Roosevelt. This luxury building always makes the list of the top apartments in South Loop because of its modern features, outstanding amenities and excellent staff.

Located in the heart of South Loop, Alta Roosevelt gets glowing reviews from its residents, many of whom have rented an apartment in the building since it opened in 2017. Towering 33 floors over the neighborhood, the icing on the cake are its breathtaking views of the city and lake.

Walk in and you’ll immediately notice how sparkling clean it is. Even though there are newer apartment buildings nearby, Alta Roosevelt’s standards are second to none. From the lobby to the rooftop deck, each space is designed simply and beautifully. The design aesthetic is an urban-meets-sophisticated vibe that feels upscale and mature.

Alta Roosevelt has every amenity you could possibly want in a luxury apartment in South Loop (and more!). The outdoor amenities will have you wondering if you’ve moved into a luxury resort. Practically a playground for adults, the rooftop deck is totally insane – an enormous pool, cabanas, lounge chairs, bocce ball, grill stations and so much green grass, you’ll feel like you’re hanging out in a sky-high park. Inside, you can chill in one of the lounges or hang with friends in the bowling alley. Yes – a bowling alley! Of course, Alta Roosevelt has an awesome fitness center too, complete with a yoga studio.

For renters who are looking for an apartment building with coworking space in Chicago, Alta Roosevelt is my top choice. The work-from-home space is the most spacious you’ll find. If you need to jump on a call, duck into a private booth. Need a spot to host a team meeting? The conference room holds a small team and has smart technology to host your Zoom calls.

Alta Roosevelt’s dog-focused amenities are amazing for folks looking for a South Loop pet-friendly apartment. Your pooch will have their pick of two on-site dog parks to romp and play in. And you can keep them squeaky clean at the dog spa.

The units at Alta Roosevelt are everything you could want in a South Loop high-rise apartment. Residents rave about the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the apartments with natural light. And those views – they’re some of the best in the city. Imagine waking up and gazing out at the sunrise over the lake.

Whether you’re looking for a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment for rent in South Loop, Alta Roosevelt has a floor plan for you. The finishes and features include quartz countertops, neutral color palettes, plank floors and high-end fixtures. All that’s missing is you!
