A total of 344 rental units are in the works for the glassy, modern structure which will stretch 260 feet upwards. While plans include 60 one-bedrooms, 61 two-bedrooms, and 3 three-bedrooms, the majority of the property will be devoted to the 220 efficiencies, a budget-friendly studio that allows you to live in the heart of the action!
There will be ground-floor lobby and retail space that will be fashionably set back from Wabash, as well as 103 very handy on-site parking spaces. We expect the property to join the non-stop “one-upping” of posh amenities that come with each new luxury apartment building that gets built in Chicago.
We also anticipate this residence joining the pack of other pet friendly/dog friendly apartments in the Loop – an area known for being very welcoming to Fido and friends.
The Loop Neighborhood
