Old Town Park 2: New Old Town Luxury Apartments Coming in Late 2019

If you’re wondering what is being built at Old Town Park, right off the corner of Wells and Division, that would be Old Town Park 2 (the building remains unnamed for now), Old Town’s newest luxury apartment building that broke ground in early 2018. Old Town Park 2 is the second phase of a three-part development, located at 202 W Hill St. We already know this glassy, stacked tower will rise at 39 stories tall, offer 428 varied and luxurious layouts, with a 6 story parking deck and commercial ground floor retail space. With Old Town Park just up the street and already pre-leasing, these full amenity communities are perfectly situated within walking distance to the great neighborhood offerings of bars, dining, and boutique shopping of Wells St.

If we look at Old Town Park as a reference for design elements,  we already know that it’s going to be top-of-the-line and designed with the resident in mind. Old Town Park contains warm and sleek elements like duo-toned European cabinetry with high gloss white uppers, granite slab waterfall countertops, stainless steel hood range, and Blomberg & Fulgor Milano stainless steel appliances.

Will Old Town Park II Win A HotSpot Rentals Award?

Every year, our entire company votes for the “Best of” several different categories, including Best Overall, Best New, Best Luxury, Best Luxury for Less, and Best Dog-Friendly apartments.
