Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Todd. Apartment hunting can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, but from the very beginning, he made me feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Todd was incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Even when things became stressful or complicated, Todd remained encouraging and reassuring, which meant so much to me.
What stood out most was how much he truly went above and beyond to help me find the right place. I never felt like I was just another client; he made the process feel personal and were always willing to advocate for me and help me navigate each step. I am so grateful to have had someone so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive by my side during such an important transition. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients and will be there for you every step of the way, I highly recommend Todd. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier and more manageable!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave was phenomenal to work with - he was responsive, attentive, and very personable. I was coming in from out of town and had very limited time to tour apartments, so I was not expecting to find something right away. With his help, I found the perfect place and was able to secure a lease within a couple of days. This is a testament to his knowledge of the city and all it has to offer in terms of rentals. He knew leasing agents by name and was able to share facts and details about each neighborhood and property that helped inform and guide my decision-making. Above all, you can tell that Dave really cares about what he does and his clients. Lovely to chat to and as friendly as ever, I had a great time working with Dave and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in Chicago. Thank you, Dave!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with James was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire apartment search process, showing me places that matched my criteria perfectly. We spent the whole day touring apartments, and he was knowledgeable, communicative, and always available to answer questions.

What really stood out was how friendly and personable he was, along with his extensive knowledge of the city and different neighborhoods. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful advice, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable rather than stressful.

Most importantly, thanks to his guidance and expertise, I found a great apartment and got the keys to my new spot. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive real estate agent.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really great experience working with Olivia during my apartment search. I knew the area I wanted to stay in and had a pretty specific idea of what I was looking for, and she was able to source some really good options for me. Olivia ended up finding me a really unique loft style apartment that I was honestly obsessed with as soon as I saw it. It exceeded my interests and she was very swift in ensuring I locked in a great monthly rental rate. She was always responsive, easy to work with, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just sending me random listings. I’m really happy with how everything worked out and would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a new place!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Olive was amazing to work with. She took the time to connect prior to my visit to Chicago, so she understood exactly what I was looking. She made herself available at all times of the day and night, given the time difference and the short window we had available to find something. She was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to leverage her own experience, which I valued very much.
She was a pleasure to work with, and will definitely be someone I would recommend, and stay connected with for further needs in finding somewhere to live.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a pleasure it was to have James Dale by my side in the quest for a new apartment. After weeks of trying to find one, it was only upon connecting with him I found the apartment I was looking for in less than 48 hours. His spark to connect, and attention to detail checked off every thing I wanted when it came to finding a place in the city. I thought I looked everywhere when it came to the spots I thought I wanted to live in, but he found one I didn’t even know existed. I would recommend James to anyone who is looking to move!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my apartment. I was on a really short timeline and had a lot of things I was looking for, so I know I probably wasn’t the easiest client, but James was incredibly patient with me through the entire process.

He never made me feel rushed or pressured, even when I changed my mind, had a million questions, or wanted to see different options. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and was always willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right place.

What I appreciated most was how easy and comfortable he made the whole experience feel. Apartment hunting can be stressful, especially when you’re on a deadline, but having James there made such a huge difference.

I’m really grateful for all his help and patience, and I would 100% recommend James to anyone looking for an apartment. He’s someone who genuinely cares about his clients and wants to make sure they’re happy with where they end up!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such a great experience working with Dave at Hotspot Rentals! From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for.

What I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured. We’re flexible on timing and really just waiting for the right apartment to come along, and Dave completely understood that. He helped us explore different options, coordinated tours, followed up directly with buildings on our behalf, and continued sending along helpful information, pricing, and availability without ever making us feel like we needed to make a decision before we were ready.

Apartment hunting in Chicago can be overwhelming, and Dave made the process feel so much easier. He’s professional, personable, honest, and clearly cares about helping his clients find the right fit rather than simply closing a deal.

I would absolutely recommend Dave to anyone looking for an apartment in Chicago. We’re so appreciative of all his help!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience working with Olivia. Moving to a new city is already stressful enough, and she made the whole apartment search feel ridiculously easy.

She actually listened to what I was looking for, was super responsive whenever I had questions, and never made me feel like I was being rushed into a decision. What stood out most was that it felt like Olivia actually cared about finding me a place I’d be happy living in, not just getting a lease signed.

I ended up finding a place I absolutely love, and looking back, I’m really glad I had her helping me through the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely has your best interest in mind, I’d 100% recommend Olivia!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sara was absolutely fantastic to work with and went above and beyond for us! We were completely overwhelmed by the apartment search and the need to get our daughter settled quickly. After spending countless hours searching online ourselves, Sara reached out to me—and we are so grateful she did.

Sara has incredible knowledge of the Chicago Loop and guided us through several options that matched our needs. She truly listened to what we were looking for and thought outside the box to help us find the perfect fit.

Our top priority was finding a safe, secure building for our 20-year-old daughter, who would be living on her own while attending school. We also needed the right location, amenities, and a management team known for providing excellent service. Sara found options that checked all the boxes.

Her communication skills and knowledge of the area were exceptional. Honestly, without her, I don’t think we would have found the building we ultimately chose. She helped us discover a unit with nearly double the square footage we had been considering, in a clean, well-managed building where we felt completely comfortable signing a lease for our most precious commodity—our daughter.

Thank you, Sara, for making what felt like an overwhelming process so much easier and for helping us find the perfect place for this exciting new chapter! If you’re looking for a leasing agent who responds to every concern and provides a stress-free experience instead of the dizzying process of searching online, Sara is fantastic!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. While apartment hunting I accidentally called Todd about an apartment listing I saw online. I mainly wanted to ask a question about the listing, but that call lead into him offering his services to find me apartment.

Honestly at first I was not interested. I thought I can find a place myself and really don’t need the help. Though over two weeks of searching extensively and filtering to my needs, it has proven difficult. Either places I liked went with a different applicants or places just didn’t fit what I wanted.

Todd was confident he find me an apartment with that fits in my budgets and needs my needs. I said why not, it’s not going swell for me. Gave him the okay, informed him that if there’s place I’m not into I will vocalize it and I don’t want convinced on a place. He said not his thing and welcomed me to vocal about anything good or bad. Also told him I’m bringing my dog since he’s gotta like the place too. (He’s also well behaved that people think he’s a service dog)

We setup a date to look at some apartments and Todd checked in with me few times beforehand on what he found and other items. He found 4 places to show me and again I didn’t have high hope for this.

This past weekend we saw them all and I applied for one of the places on the spot, was not expecting that one bit!

Todd was so helpful throughout the showings and filling the gaps on questions. All the places he found were quite nice and stayed within my budget

Todd was pleasant surprise and my dog liked him a lot too. I will defiantly recommend Todd to friends and family in the future.

He really pays attention to detail, listens well, and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to apartments. He constantly kept my criteria in mind when we were looking for apartments. Although I didn't find an apartment with him due to timeline constraints and other circumstances, we went on apartment viewings and he has shown me incredibly spectacular places that I would've absolutely loved to have lived in. Dave is absolutely 'The Guy' for finding apartments.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Olivia has been extremely helpful throughout my apartment search for my upcoming relocation. She helped me source and tour apartments that fit my budget, my needs and my vibe. When my friends and I came to Chicago to tour for the first time, she was accommodating, kind, and generous with her Chi-town knowledge and recommendations. She's really had my back through the whole process. Moving from NC to Chicago in 60 days for a new job, not knowing anyone, is already overwhelming enough so her support has made things a lot easier!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Becca Premo is unequivocally one of the best in the business. I was in a real pinch trying to find a place within a couple of weeks, and she presented me with fantastic options that didn’t even show up in my Zillow searches.

I distinctly remember her being knee-deep in a rom-com when she paused everything to help me find a place. While her taste in movies is questionable, her ability to navigate the wild Chicago real estate market is second to none. That pretty much sums up the level of attention she gives her clients. Her patience with my laundry list of demands and my taste, which my budget couldn’t always justify, was remarkable. She genuinely makes you feel like she’s searching for a home for herself.

To top it all off, she’s an absolute charmer who helped me land a great deal that I didn’t even know was possible. I love my new apartment, and I have no one but her to thank.

Also, I’m pretty sure she’s tall enough to dunk, which is pretty baller.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Isabella helped me find my dream apartment, even tho I had to move very soon she helped us find such an amazing steal, if anyone is moving to Chicago and needs to find an apartment she is hands down the best in the city not even close. I talked to 5 other brokers in the city, no one would take me because I needed to move within a week, Isabella said I can find you something, she gave me a list of at least 30 different apartments, I feel bad because I made her job so difficult but she still had a smile on her face and was delighted we found such a steal of an apartment, she is extremely extremely flexible and knowledgeable, and she got us the absolute best deal possible. I couldn’t be happier with my apartment, she did such an amazing job. If I could give her 1000 stars I would!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I inquired about an apartment online and was set up with Todd from Hotspot Rentals. Todd went ahead and got me tours for other apartments in various neighborhoods so I could make an informed decision before moving from out of town. He was super helpful and asked questions to leasing offices that would ensure I was set up for success. I ended up signing with one of the units I toured with Todd so 5 stars for him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eric Hodel was truly exceptional in helping us find an apartment. Within minutes of online inquiry, he gave me a phone call to understand more of what we were looking for. We needed a place ASAP, so Eric showed us two places LITERALLY ONE HOUR LATER. Everything he showed us fit what we were looking for, and we applied for the second place we saw.

Throughout the process, he was communicative, easy to reach, and helped us problem-solve so we could apply and get approved quickly. I would definitely work with Eric again and would absolutely recommend him.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started my apartment search in May and continued until late July. I met James the end of July after 10+ tours with no luck. I initially had a specific place in mind to tour with James but it was taken before we got to go. He asked what I was looking for & immediately had 2 other tours lined up! Both of those were pretty successful as it ended up being the two my roommate & I wanted to settle on. We ended up going with the first apartment that James knew would fit our needs. After we applied he helped follow up & continued checking in. Truly felt cared for
10/10 experience, truly couldn’t be more grateful!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Olivia was the greatest! Relocating from Columbus to Chicago, I was super overwhelmed with how many apartment options there were and how different apartment hunting is in Chicago.

She was extremely knowledgeable and prepared an amazing itinerary for me and my fiancé to tour when we came to visit to find a place to live.

10/10, highly recommend working with her if you are relocating to Chicago.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to sincerely thank James for all of his hard work and dedication in helping me find my home. He went above and beyond to make every viewing experience comfortable, often arranging four or five apartments for us to see.

When we ran into an obstacle, James reassured me to let him do his job and that he would figure it out—and he did exactly that. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel like family, especially during such an important transition in my life. I truly appreciate everything he did and am so grateful for his support.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked with Vatsal Patel at Hotspot Rentals while looking for a place near UIC, and I honestly could not have asked for better help. I was moving to Chicago from out of state with a tight timeline and very little idea of the neighborhoods, and he was patient with all my questions, even the basic ones.
He listened to what I actually needed instead of pushing me toward whatever was easiest to close. He was quick to respond, straightforward about pricing and availability, and never made me feel rushed into a decision. When I ended up at Presidential Towers, he walked me through the paperwork and follow-ups without me having to chase him for anything.
Moving to a new city is stressful, and having someone who is this genuinely helpful and respectful made a big difference. Thank you, Vatsal. I would strongly strongly recommend him to anyone searching in Chicago

From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for. Thanks to Todd, we found an apartment that we absolutely love and that fits what we were looking for. We truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us throughout the entire process.

If you’re looking for an apartment in Chicago, I highly recommend working with Todd. He genuinely cares about helping his clients find the right place. Thank you so much, Todd!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Todd enough! Apartment hunting in Chicago had honestly started to feel overwhelming, but Todd made the entire process so much easier. He really listened to what I was looking for and was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire search.

What stood out most was that I never felt like he was just trying to get me into any apartment. He genuinely wanted to help me find somewhere I loved and that actually fit what I was looking for. When we finally found the one, he stayed on top of everything and even reached out to the property immediately after I submitted my application to make sure they knew it was in.

He was also just genuinely fun to work with — personable, encouraging, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Apartment hunting can be stressful, especially when you're balancing budget, location, amenities, and a million other little things, and having someone in your corner throughout the process made such a difference.

I’m SO excited about my new place and genuinely don’t think I would have found it without him. I also have a habit of moving around more than I probably should, so Todd may unfortunately be stuck with me as a repeat client 😂. Whenever the next move happens, I already know who I’m calling.

10/10 experience. If you're apartment hunting in Chicago, I absolutely recommend Todd!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a physician, I had limited ability to attend in person tours during my most recent apartment hunt. A friend highly recommended Isabella to help me navigate the process, and she completely eliminated the guesswork from day one. Every great thing I had heard about her was validated immediately. Within an hour of my initial outreach, she didn't just respond—she had an entire game plan ready to roll.

Her timeliness and initiative are on another level. By the very next morning, she was already out in West Loop + Fulton Market, sending detailed videos of units that perfectly matched my parameters. She very clearly understands the lay of the land across multiple management groups and Chicago neighborhoods. On the rare occasion she didn't already have the answer to one of my questions, she knew exactly how to get it promptly. Even unprompted, she routinely went out of her way to physically scout buildings I was simply curious about, keeping the entire process organized and focused on my needs.

Where relocating can be stressful, she makes it easy. And whenever things felt overwhelming or difficult to navigate, her presence / insight felt like having a set of boots on the ground at all times. It’s hard to imagine anybody doing this job better than Isabella.
