ASK FOR CHRIS!!

My wife and I moved to chicago from out of state earlier this summer. We were incredibly overwhelmed organizing all the apartment tours for a weekend visit to the city, and we happened to stumble across a place that Chris was partnered with. BEST COINCIDENCE EVER.

Chris was a super hero when it came to knowing the city, knowing what we were looking for, and finding great options within the constraints that we were working with. Having him with us was like having our own rental lawyer for lack of a better term. Chris knew all the right questions to ask, knew all the things to look for to ensure we had a good experience, and he really took good care of us. He even drove us to each different complex to view the apartments he had organized.

With Chris' help we found our current apartment which we could not be more thrilled with. We have been living in this apartment for 2 months now and my wife and I constantly remark at what a good decision it was.

THANK YOU CHRIS

I know I owed you this review months ago, but just know that we really appreciated your services.

I manage a property in the South Loop for Greystar, and I've been working with James D. and Azalia for a couple of years now. Hands down, they bring us the best residents. Both of them are professional, give great service, and really know their buildings. They always go above and beyond. I've noticed James takes photos and videos during showings and sends them to his clients so they can remember each apartment. That kind of attention to detail is rare, and I'm so impressed by it. They truly care about the people they work with, and if you're working with them, you're in the best hands. In my opinion, they are two of the best brokers in the city. Hotspot Rentals has been top-notch to work with, and I'm always happy when they send someone our way. Highly recommend!

5-star experience every step of the way. Max Martinez was incredibly helpful and managed to help find a great location for me even though I only had one day in the city to tour. Max is the real deal and I wouldn’t have been able to move in such a short timeframe without him!

James made my search for an apartment so enjoyable. I was working on a short timeline, and he delivered. He was patient with my questions, took his time on tours and really paid attention to the details of what I was looking for in my next home. He followed up with me everyday prior to finally signing a lease! Thanks James! You were amazing.

After reaching out about an apartment, Milissa Jordan took in my info and what I was looking for. She curated a great group of potential apartments and took me around Chicago to see them all. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease an apartment in the greater Chicago area. Everything hit my list of wants/needs, and she is an expert on a lot of the different neighborhoods and what they offer.

Milissa was amazing! I’m moving to Chicago from out of state, so I had to do my entire apartment search virtually, and she made the process so much easier. She went out of her way to visit multiple apartment buildings for me, sent detailed videos, and was always so helpful and responsive with all of my questions. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and ultimately helped me find my dream apartment! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in Chicago!

Milissa is the absolute BEST! I learned that I would be moving to Chicago for work on short notice and was coincidentally in town visiting last weekend. Within two days, Milissa and I were able to schedule numerous tours in different areas and she was able to answer all my questions while also asking key questions to leasing agents showing her experience and savviness within the industry. She is extremely responsive and is able to move FAST. I cannot sing her praises enough and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. Five stars no question!

I’ve had two excellent experiences with Lala. She helped me find my current apartment and later reached out before my lease ended to see if I planned to renew. After a job change, I needed to relocate, and she supported me through finding my next place. I’m indecisive, and she never rushed me. She even revisited the apartment I chose so I could see it again before signing. I highly recommend working with her.

My contact was with Sara, and my experience truly incredible. She handled the contact with the apartment buildings we were going to tour and was super transparent throughout the whole thing. I had a tight move in date and after I chose one of the buildings she calmed me down and helped me get answers for my application. If you need anyone to help, this is her!! Would recommend 100%

I can’t recommend James enough! I had some specific requirements, including on-site parking and an in-unit washer and dryer at a reasonable price, which can be difficult to find. From the very beginning, James made the entire process feel easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, the buildings, and the little details I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. Somehow, every question I had, he already had an answer for. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure every unit we toured actually met my requirements. He even showed me additional options within the same buildings so I could compare and make the best decision.

What really stood out to me was how many options he was able to find because of his connections and knowledge of the Chicago market. I never felt like I was being pushed toward whatever was easiest to find — he genuinely listened to what I wanted and worked to find what I truly desired.

Beyond being extremely knowledgeable and professional, James was warm, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. We even grabbed coffee together at the start of our first day and started the apartment hunt from there, which made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable.

Apartment hunting can be stressful, but having someone like James in your corner makes such a difference. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Chicago!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Todd. Apartment hunting can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, but from the very beginning, he made me feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Todd was incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Even when things became stressful or complicated, Todd remained encouraging and reassuring, which meant so much to me.
What stood out most was how much he truly went above and beyond to help me find the right place. I never felt like I was just another client; he made the process feel personal and were always willing to advocate for me and help me navigate each step. I am so grateful to have had someone so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive by my side during such an important transition. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients and will be there for you every step of the way, I highly recommend Todd. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier and more manageable!

Dave was phenomenal to work with - he was responsive, attentive, and very personable. I was coming in from out of town and had very limited time to tour apartments, so I was not expecting to find something right away. With his help, I found the perfect place and was able to secure a lease within a couple of days. This is a testament to his knowledge of the city and all it has to offer in terms of rentals. He knew leasing agents by name and was able to share facts and details about each neighborhood and property that helped inform and guide my decision-making. Above all, you can tell that Dave really cares about what he does and his clients. Lovely to chat to and as friendly as ever, I had a great time working with Dave and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in Chicago. Thank you, Dave!

Working with James was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire apartment search process, showing me places that matched my criteria perfectly. We spent the whole day touring apartments, and he was knowledgeable, communicative, and always available to answer questions.

What really stood out was how friendly and personable he was, along with his extensive knowledge of the city and different neighborhoods. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful advice, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable rather than stressful.

Most importantly, thanks to his guidance and expertise, I found a great apartment and got the keys to my new spot. I highly recommend James to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive real estate agent.

I had a really great experience working with Olivia during my apartment search. I knew the area I wanted to stay in and had a pretty specific idea of what I was looking for, and she was able to source some really good options for me. Olivia ended up finding me a really unique loft style apartment that I was honestly obsessed with as soon as I saw it. It exceeded my interests and she was very swift in ensuring I locked in a great monthly rental rate. She was always responsive, easy to work with, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just sending me random listings. I’m really happy with how everything worked out and would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a new place!

Olive was amazing to work with. She took the time to connect prior to my visit to Chicago, so she understood exactly what I was looking. She made herself available at all times of the day and night, given the time difference and the short window we had available to find something. She was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to leverage her own experience, which I valued very much.
She was a pleasure to work with, and will definitely be someone I would recommend, and stay connected with for further needs in finding somewhere to live.

Jenny was amazing throughout the process she found me a great deal at Wolf Point, which I thought was previously outside my budget! There were many obstacles with my credit history that she helped me sort out and I’m glad I discovered that and that this process also helped me clear it for the future! Jenny communicated with my consistently and regularly throughout my appt application and I’m very excited to finally move into the city:)

Eric is a rockstar - My old lease was ending and I had been struggling with some health stuff/memory issues so was worried that finding a new place would be a chore.

Eric was patient with me and made sure each of the places we looked at had what I was looking for. He’s also very personable and makes the entire process painless.

Definitely recommend Eric for anyone looking for a new home!

What a pleasure it was to have James Dale by my side in the quest for a new apartment. After weeks of trying to find one, it was only upon connecting with him I found the apartment I was looking for in less than 48 hours. His spark to connect, and attention to detail checked off every thing I wanted when it came to finding a place in the city. I thought I looked everywhere when it came to the spots I thought I wanted to live in, but he found one I didn’t even know existed. I would recommend James to anyone who is looking to move!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my apartment. I was on a really short timeline and had a lot of things I was looking for, so I know I probably wasn’t the easiest client, but James was incredibly patient with me through the entire process.

He never made me feel rushed or pressured, even when I changed my mind, had a million questions, or wanted to see different options. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and was always willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right place.

What I appreciated most was how easy and comfortable he made the whole experience feel. Apartment hunting can be stressful, especially when you’re on a deadline, but having James there made such a huge difference.

I’m really grateful for all his help and patience, and I would 100% recommend James to anyone looking for an apartment. He’s someone who genuinely cares about his clients and wants to make sure they’re happy with where they end up!

Got the chance to meet with Becca recently and this woman took EVERYTHING into account when helping me find my next home. And don’t get me started on her communication skills. Don’t sleep on my girl Becca because she will get you right. There should truly be more agents like her. Thank you for all your hard work. Will definitely be recommending her to my friends if they ever need someone to help them find their next new adventure in the Chicago area. Forever grateful.

We had such a great experience working with Dave at Hotspot Rentals! From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for.

What I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured. We’re flexible on timing and really just waiting for the right apartment to come along, and Dave completely understood that. He helped us explore different options, coordinated tours, followed up directly with buildings on our behalf, and continued sending along helpful information, pricing, and availability without ever making us feel like we needed to make a decision before we were ready.

Apartment hunting in Chicago can be overwhelming, and Dave made the process feel so much easier. He’s professional, personable, honest, and clearly cares about helping his clients find the right fit rather than simply closing a deal.

I would absolutely recommend Dave to anyone looking for an apartment in Chicago. We’re so appreciative of all his help!

I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience working with Olivia. Moving to a new city is already stressful enough, and she made the whole apartment search feel ridiculously easy.

She actually listened to what I was looking for, was super responsive whenever I had questions, and never made me feel like I was being rushed into a decision. What stood out most was that it felt like Olivia actually cared about finding me a place I’d be happy living in, not just getting a lease signed.

I ended up finding a place I absolutely love, and looking back, I’m really glad I had her helping me through the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely has your best interest in mind, I’d 100% recommend Olivia!

Olivia was amazing to work with! She really worked with us to understand our requirements for our new home and was very timely in her communication. We are moving from out of state, so she also scheduled all of our tours and attended them in person for us and video called us to show us each place. I also appreciate her honest opinions and useful feedback!

Sara was absolutely fantastic to work with and went above and beyond for us! We were completely overwhelmed by the apartment search and the need to get our daughter settled quickly. After spending countless hours searching online ourselves, Sara reached out to me—and we are so grateful she did.

Sara has incredible knowledge of the Chicago Loop and guided us through several options that matched our needs. She truly listened to what we were looking for and thought outside the box to help us find the perfect fit.

Our top priority was finding a safe, secure building for our 20-year-old daughter, who would be living on her own while attending school. We also needed the right location, amenities, and a management team known for providing excellent service. Sara found options that checked all the boxes.

Her communication skills and knowledge of the area were exceptional. Honestly, without her, I don’t think we would have found the building we ultimately chose. She helped us discover a unit with nearly double the square footage we had been considering, in a clean, well-managed building where we felt completely comfortable signing a lease for our most precious commodity—our daughter.

Thank you, Sara, for making what felt like an overwhelming process so much easier and for helping us find the perfect place for this exciting new chapter! If you’re looking for a leasing agent who responds to every concern and provides a stress-free experience instead of the dizzying process of searching online, Sara is fantastic!

While apartment hunting I accidentally called Todd about an apartment listing I saw online. I mainly wanted to ask a question about the listing, but that call lead into him offering his services to find me apartment.

Honestly at first I was not interested. I thought I can find a place myself and really don’t need the help. Though over two weeks of searching extensively and filtering to my needs, it has proven difficult. Either places I liked went with a different applicants or places just didn’t fit what I wanted.

Todd was confident he find me an apartment with that fits in my budgets and needs my needs. I said why not, it’s not going swell for me. Gave him the okay, informed him that if there’s place I’m not into I will vocalize it and I don’t want convinced on a place. He said not his thing and welcomed me to vocal about anything good or bad. Also told him I’m bringing my dog since he’s gotta like the place too. (He’s also well behaved that people think he’s a service dog)

We setup a date to look at some apartments and Todd checked in with me few times beforehand on what he found and other items. He found 4 places to show me and again I didn’t have high hope for this.

This past weekend we saw them all and I applied for one of the places on the spot, was not expecting that one bit!

Todd was so helpful throughout the showings and filling the gaps on questions. All the places he found were quite nice and stayed within my budget

Todd was pleasant surprise and my dog liked him a lot too. I will defiantly recommend Todd to friends and family in the future.

Dave has been an incredible and pleasant person to find apartments with. He really pays attention to detail, listens well, and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to apartments. He constantly kept my criteria in mind when we were looking for apartments. Although I didn't find an apartment with him due to timeline constraints and other circumstances, we went on apartment viewings and he has shown me incredibly spectacular places that I would've absolutely loved to have lived in. Dave is absolutely 'The Guy' for finding apartments.

Olivia has been extremely helpful throughout my apartment search for my upcoming relocation. She helped me source and tour apartments that fit my budget, my needs and my vibe. When my friends and I came to Chicago to tour for the first time, she was accommodating, kind, and generous with her Chi-town knowledge and recommendations. She's really had my back through the whole process. Moving from NC to Chicago in 60 days for a new job, not knowing anyone, is already overwhelming enough so her support has made things a lot easier!
