Parq Fulton Luxury Apartments Coming To West Loop

If you love Chicago’s parks as much as I do, you know Union Park. This West Loop treasure is a favorite for city-dwellers looking for a tennis match, pick-up game or place to let their pooch run and play. It’s a great refuge, which is why I’m so excited that soon, folks will be able to live right across the street.

That’s right – two new apartment buildings are coming to the west end of the West Loop in early 2022. We previously shared an update about Evo Union Park. Now, let’s take a look at Parq Fulton.

Parq Fulton Apartments Developer and Designer

With Parq Fulton at 1400 W. Randolph and sister-building Evo Union Park right across the street, developers Marquette Companies are expanding their collection of apartments in Chicago’s west side. In the West Loop, they already have three other apartment buildings: Catalyst, The Mason, Monroe Aberdeen Place. They also recently opened Atrio Apartments in the nearby Illinois Medical District neighborhood.

For Parq Fulton, Marquette partnered with their familiar friends, architecture firm Brininstool + Lynch, who they’ve worked with before on several apartment buildings.

As with other new developments in the West Loop, the brick, glass, and metal facade fits right in with the neighborhood’s industrial-chic vibe. One of the tallest buildings in the area, the larger tower stands 26-stories, gifting its residents great views of the neighborhood.

Inside the two towers are 278 luxury apartments that offer up nearly 20 different layout configurations to potential renters. With floor plans ranging from convertible to 3-bedroom apartments, the layouts fit lots of different lifestyles too.

And, renters will have a huge bonus at their feet. Rumor has it, the 10,000 square feet of retail space – on Parq’s ground level – will house an on-site restaurant. Good-bye Door Dash, hello convenient eats!

What Are Parq Fulton Apartments Like?

Advanced levels of luxury and technology make Parq Fulton stand out, even among the other eye-popping luxury apartments in West Loop. In this post-pandemic world, health and wellness were on the developer minds. Renters will breathe fresh, clean air, thanks to the ionization purification system. And the latch keyless entry system lets everyone come and go hands-free.

Standard luxury apartment finishes include details that feel anything but standard. In the kitchens, lay your eyes on white quartz countertops, an artistic ceramic backsplash, premium soft-close cabinetry and stainless steel LG appliances. Throughout the apartments, you’ll find wood plank flooring and custom built-in closets. And the bathrooms include spa-inspired glass walk-in showers. Nest thermostats come standard too!

If you’re looking for elevated finishes, select units feature extra-unique options like:

  • Sleek black stainless steel LG appliances
  • Double vanities
  • Custom kitchen islands
  • Touchless Kohler faucets
  • 28-bottle wine fridge
  • Built-in tech desk
  • Electronic shower controls
  • Balconies.

The Incredible Shared Amenities at Parq Fulton

Part of the fun of renting in West Loop, is having amazing apartment amenities at your fingertips. Parq Fulton has certainly delivered!

For fitness freaks, Parq Fulton apartments boast an unparalleled fitness center with Technogym Equipment. When it’s time to cool down and relax, there’s a rooftop deck with an outdoor pool, private cabanas, lounge seating, an alfresco dining area and grills. And it’s all topped off with a spectacular view of downtown.

In addition to the outdoor spaces, there’s also an indoor entertaining lounge, so you’ll never run out of space when friends come over. When you need some quiet time, retreat to the meditation room and private terrace.

If you’re looking for an apartment building that caters to remote workers, Parq Fulton is the one! While select apartment units have built-in desks, you can also work from home in one of the shared co-working spaces. Parq Fulton has met the demand for post-pandemic remote working options beautifully by creating a dedicated co-working room with individual workstations and conference rooms. Then, they kicked it up a notch by adding a heated outdoor lounge. After all, it’s a scientific fact that fresh air increases productivity, right?

Parq Fulton didn’t forget about your fuzzy buddy! The building, just like other dog-friendly apartments in West Loop – will welcome your pup and cater to their needs with on-site spaces designed just for dogs. Not only is Parq Fulton’s dog park expansive, but they also made it fancy with a pergola. Plus, don’t forget that Union Park is right across the street and the Skinner Bark Park (the best dog park in West Loop!) is just a few blocks south.

Make a Move to West Loop’s Growing Fulton Market

I love Parq Fulton Apartment’s location! The building sits on the west end of West Loop’s Restaurant Row, but it’s also near the United Center, where you can catch the NBA Bulls and NHL Blackhawks in action. Head north on Ashland and you can explore Ukrainian Village and West Town neighborhoods too.

If you need to commute via public transport, the CTA Ashland train station, as well as Ashland Avenue and Madison Street buses, are about a 90-second walk away. Yes – less than two minutes! This location is ideal if you work at Rush University or other hospitals in the Illinois Medical District. Hop on the Pink Line, and you’re at work in less than 15-minutes.

But, most of all, if you thrive in a lively social scene, the West Loop neighborhood is the place to be. Stroll to all the amazing eateries, nightlife, shopping and entertainment down Randolph Street.

Looking for some fun? Right across the street is a massive all-season beer garden and curling lanes at Kaiser Tiger. Or, throw on your favorite flannel shirt and discover your untapped lumberjack skills at Bad Axe Throwing, just around the block. Also, don’t miss more foodie fun a few blocks north on Futon Market Street; Fairgrounds Coffee, Time Out Market and Kuma’s Corner are my top recommendations!
